Good place for quick stay

We found the place clean and quiet, the advertising seems to be missing the fact that you have to walk ip some stairs and then down to a sub level in case you are carrying heavy bags and suit cases, the bathroom was very small so if you are a larger size you will need to sit angled on toilet but it is manageable, communication through site was a little slow but all worked out in the end it is a great place overall to be near to train station and city , over all I would recommend this nice little apartment however would recommend to owner to also use a top sheet on bed

Moldy basement room

This was my first and last time booking a stay through Vrbo. The bathroom was extra moldy from the rain during the time we stayed and it got me sick. There is no lockbox so we had to stand outside in the rain for the owners to come let us in and they were unable to show you at our set check-in time so our 2 nights turned into a 1 night stay essentially.

Nice layout of small apartment in a good location.

The apartment includes everything needed for 1 or 2 people for a stay of a few days, although we were only there one night. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen easy to use, and there are few stairs to climb (it is a basement apartment). You can walk to the historic area of Madrid relatively easily. We rated it 4 stars because of difficulties with the bathroom. It is small - even more so than that which is usual for the EU. The shower head was loose and sprayed water over the doors when it was turned on and the water temperature was very difficult to adjust. The sink faucet sprays at very high pressure splashing the person in front of it. Finally, the wall-mounted toilet tank drips onto the person sitting on the toilet.

El apartamento estaba algo sucio, todas las paredes rayadas, las camas no tenían sabana y no se mostraba con mucha higiene, al staff le mande un mensaje por Whatsapp que no andaba la llave de la puerta principal no respondio nunca, mala atención al cliente.

El propietario llegó un cuarto de hora después de la hora que habíamos acordado, que dentro de lo que cabe no pasa nada. La comunicación con él es buena y rápida. La ubicación del apartamento está bien, más o menos cerca de todo lo más turístico. La limpieza, en cambio, dejaba bastante que desear. El suelo estaba sucio y lleno de pelusas, habiendo incluso pelos, y la encimera tenía manchas. Quien sea un poco escrupuloso no estaría contento con el apartamento, pero para lo que es, pues está bien.

Piccola gemma

Casa piccola ma confortevole, vicinissima a una fermata di un bus che porta alla metro in 5 minuti, qualità prezzo fantastica, unici problemi: è un pò umida essendo un piano interrato, il bagno piccolo e scomodo e acqua calda che dopo un pò non esce più. Nos mandaron por mail que el check in era a las 14, el dueño se presentó a las 14'50 (tenemos las imágenes esperando y de cuando entramos) una falta de respeto haciéndonos perder tiempo y dinero, no tiene ni para guardar maletas. Nos cobraron 50 € extra por ser 4 personas y tener que poner una cama extra (en teoria), cuando no pusieron ninguna y solamente tenía una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama y a repartir entre 4, una estafa. La entrada y las escaleras de bajada rotas y olía el bloque a hierba. El apartamento era un cuchitril, el pomo de la puerta roto, las paredes sucias, no cuesta nada rascar y pasar una capa de pintura, con lo que vale. Faltaban también trozos de madera de las puertas, las cojineras con manchas y el cabecero de la cama sucio y viejo. El armario mejor no lo toques que se te desmonta y aún te lo cobrarán. La nevera sucia y algunos utensilios de cocina como la cafetera igual. No te dejan rollos de papel de vater suficientes. El agua caliente basta para una ducha rápida a dos personas y si tienes que lavarte el pelo acabarás con agua helada. En definitva una opción pésima, lo que acabas pagando de sitios para guardar el equipaje y de todo lo que falta es mejor pagar un hotel que te sale más a cuenta por tiempo y económicamente.

Boa estadia em Madri

Localização perfeita, com ponto de ônibus em frente ao prdédio. Quarto confortável, e cozinha razoavelmente bem equipada. O banheiro é muito pequeno, mas funciona e tem box no chuveiro. A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar. A comunicação com o proprietário foi fácil, mas muito insistente para que chegássemos logo ao lugar para recebermos as chaves (estávamos ainda no desembarque do voo do Brasil). De toda forma, recomendo!

Me pintaron un alojamiento 5 estrellas y acabamos en un cuchitril. Me fui a bañar y no iba el agua caliente, una vez entras al baño no puedes salir porque la puerta se atasca y tienes que estar un rato dándole. El lavabo se tranca, en lo que te lavas los dientes ya se ha llenado. Cuando vas a cargar los móviles te llevas el interruptor completo. El mando de la tele no iba, tienes que tocar todos los botones a ver si así va. Hay calefacción pero no hay mando para encenderla. Y por último, no andes con los pies delcalzos porque se te quedan los pies negros.

Excelente alojamiento

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar y sentirse como en casa. Además se encuentra muy cerca de distintas atracciones para ir a pie, sino los transportes están Justo a la salida del alojamiento! Sin dudas volveremos a quedarnos aquí en una próxima visita!
