Pretty, bright oasis of comfort near iconic Madrid sites

It was very clean, and well equipped for a solo traveler. Some welcome gifts were in the refrigerator. A nice touch!!! The location was superb, too. Just steps from Plaza Mayor, and many terrific restaurants and shops. It was my first time in Madrid, so I might have asked reception for tips on local eateries, etc. But, every question I sent the owners via What’s App was answered thoroughly and quickly.

The staff, Raquel and Cesar the owner are super prompt super helpful at any hour of the day! Its my first time in Madrid and they really looked after me! Big shout out to Raquel! She even offered arrangements for transportation and facilitated an earlier checkin after my travel plans changed. The checkin process was seamless. Fabulous QUIET Comfy apartment for 2

We loved everything about this place!! It was sooo cute and comfy and clean and oh sooo quiet and peaceful!! It had everything we could want for our 3 nights and we&#039d stay here again for even longer stays. The location could not have been better- by Plza Mayor, good restaurants, Palacio Real, metro stops, short walk to Puerto de Sol and Gran Via. The staff helped us along all the way with online booking things, transport to/from hotel at great rates and super easy. Very nice attentive staff and just a wonderful easy experience. We have traveled a ton, and we really liked this place and experience. We highly recommend this location and company. Ummmm? Well, we didn&#039t like leaving. Honestly, we had no complaints whatsoever and would return here in a heartbeat. Whoever designed and runs this place has and is doing a great job. Finding good apartments is tough but this one is a keeper.

The perfect place for 1 person

I was in floor -1 ,For one person it was perfect, great location Quite clean very very very responsive management. Very nice and helpful. Also they left cava and chocolates ! If you like to occasionally cookreheat leftovers it was perfect. ( they included basics like oil vinegar salt ) It’s a basement apartment so a bit dark but for recovering from jet lag it was perfect

Snacks are prepared for coffee brewed with a delicious espresso machine. The water pressure in the shower is also strong! There is also a sofa on the TV. The position of the bedside outlet is also good! We also have everything you need for cooking. The refrigerator is also very big! I couldn&#39t find a towel, but it was kind. The staff is very kind! There was a reply even at night. He also told me about my luggage the next morning. I was worried because I arrived late at night, but my stay in Madrid became a wonderful thing! (For example, if two keys showing the bell mark 🔔 are displayed, it is important to press the bell mark 🔔 for both.)

Perfectly positioned Madrid apartment

Great service (thanks Raquel). I arrived on the day of the power cut and it was a problem just to access the building. All resolved by the excellent staff who came out and provided actual keys rather than electric codes. The location is fantastic, maybe 200m from Playa Major with all its restaurants and bars. Easy access from there to Sol and Gran Via. There's a supermarket nearby and a place to leave your luggage. The room itself is fine for a single traveller, quiet, well equipped, nice kitchen, good shower and a very comfortable bed. My room had access to a small yard as well which was handy, air con and a big fridge complete with some much appreciated presents. All in all perfect for my needs. Nothing at all

Súper céntrico, literal todo lo tenía a 2 minutos, 3, 5, 12 minutos caminando, esta super cerca de todos los sitios importantes del centro de Madrid, muchísima privacidad y tranquilidad, nadie te molesta, tu haces todo, entras y sales a la hora que gustes, el lugar muy seguro y de fácil acceso, con todo lo que cuenta hace que estés muy cómodo.
