THE APARTMENT

Welcome to this spacious studio overlooking Paseo del Prado—an exceptional choice for short stays in Madrid. Located in a building with a rooftop pool, this home offers a charming retreat for your time in the city, whether you're here for work, studies, or any other reason.

Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, the studio features a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals, while the private bathroom, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries add comfort to your stay. The living area, with a sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a small desk, offers a perfect setting for working or relaxing. Step out onto the terrace from the living area to enjoy some fresh air.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens and towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and welcome toiletries for the first few days.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SWIMMING POOL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE AND THEREFORE NOT AVAILABLE.



THE AREA

-Parties or similar events are not allowed at this property.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, la llegada muy bien, el apartamento muy bonito y con todo lo necesario para nosotros y los niños, la piscina en el ático genial. Lo único malo que concentraba mucho el calor, pero el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. Muy muy recomendable.

Great location with 3 major museums a few blocks away. Modern furnished apartment with everything you need to cook and eat in or entertain. Balcony has spectacular views of attractions and city life. Easy walk to super market or bars, cafes and restaurants.
