The apartment has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a full bathroom with a shower, the kitchen, and a chaise longue sofa bed that sleeps two people (140×200. On the upper level (2nd floor), there are two double beds measuring 140×200 and a full bathroom.

The property includes a garage.

There are two bus stops (EMT) 150 metres from the apartment that take you to the Canillejas metro station (bus 77), Line 5 with a direct connection to city centre (Gran Vía, Chueca) and another that takes you from Canillejas to the apartment (bus 88), with a bus stop at Avenida Fermina Sevillano 30.

Highways: A-2 and M-21.

Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
The tenant is responsible for taking out the trash, which must be taken out after 8:00 PM when the trash bin is on the street (never inside the building)
The tenant must leave the apartment in acceptable condition, with kitchen utensils clean and free of food residue.
Two sets of keys are provided; loss will result in a charge of 40 euros for each set of keys not returned.
Keys must never be left in the lock; and the guest will be responsible for the locksmith’s fees.

Check-in time for the apartment is from 3:00 and can be done in person or via a security box depending on your arrival time
Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.

Failure to comply with the rules of coexistence—and especially anything related to the neighbors’ rest—will result in a 100-euro deduction from the security deposit.
