Check-in time for the apartment is at 3:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. There will be an extra charge depending on the time.

Late-night check-in to the apartment must be paid in cash.
The charges based on time are as follows:

- Between 9:00 PM and 9:45 PM: €15.
- Between 9:45 PM and 10:30 PM: €25.
- 10:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. will be €35
- 11:30 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. will be €45
- 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. will be €50
- 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.: €60
- 1:00 a.m. and later: €100

On the day of your departure, you must leave the corresponding amount for any extra services along with the apartment keys.
If you do not leave this amount,
you will be billed through the platform, and platform and service fees will also be added.


A baby cot and pets will incur an additional charge of 35€. You must notify us in advance regarding both the pet and the need to set up the cot.

If a reservation change results in a reduction in the number of nights and is made more than 48 hours after the reservation was made, a penalty of 30% of the cost of the cancelled night will apply.

** RULES TO FOLLOW IN THE APARTMENT:

- It is strictly prohibited to make noise or raise your voice in the building’s entrance hall.
- It is strictly prohibited to cause any disturbance—whether due to noise, odours, or any other reason—to the building’s neighbors. No noise may be made, nor may loud music be played, after 11:00 p.m. Guests are responsible for any and all damages or losses they may cause to the homeowners’ association or to any and all neighbors in the building. The guest agrees to pay a penalty of at least FIVE HUNDRED EUROS (€500) in the event of a complaint or report from any neighbour regarding actions taken by individuals present in the residence during the rental period, whether or not the guest consented to such actions during their stay.
- Parties are prohibited.
- Only guests staying at the property are permitted to enter.
- No smoking.
- Do not put shoes on the sofas.
- Eating on the beds and sofas is prohibited.
- Anything used in the kitchen must be cleaned before check-out.
- Please turn off lights and appliances when you go outside.
- The windows have a lever with three positions for opening and closing: up / middle / down.
- Check-out is at 11 a.m.

- The loss of each set of keys will incur a charge of at least 60€.

- Do not open the hallway window. The door rubs against the ceiling light.
- The cutlery is in a small drawer inside the top drawer, next to the glass-ceramic cooktop.
