I just loved how accommodating the staff was!!! Clean rooms, free wifi, and plenty of places nearby by to eat! 15-20 by car from airport, and about 20 minutes by car from plaza mayor.

Key didn’t work at all

I was not able to open the door because the key did not work! Nobody want to help and I had to change to an other hotel! I have asked to get my money back, but not succeed yet. Avoid place like that!

Nos esperamos otra cosa, ya que la imagen que vende es totalmente diferente a la que te esperas alli. Por precio puedes encontrar cosas mejores y en el centro de Madrid, solo teniamos habitacion y baño compartido, un hotel te ofrece habitación y baño por el mismo precio. No se esta mal, pero tienes que ir con la idea clara de lo que te vas a encontrar!

Aún con el aviso de normas de convivencia la gente no respeta y las dos noches que pasé me dormí a más de las 4 am, solo unas pocas habitaciones con baño en suite, por tanto tienes que recorrer el pasillo de entrada hacia el WC (Bastante limpio, gracias) personal de limpieza atento y cordial. En definitiva un hostal en el centro de Madrid.

No glasses or anything to drink water, A/C controller wasn’t working. Check-in details sent at the very last minutes before going in. On the positive side, clean and comfortable bedroom, nice area, its quiet.

There is no staff at the location. they charged an additional fee for cleaning AFTER I booked the stay. No frills, shared hallway bathrooms. No TV. Cheap but not worth it except as a sleep station prior to flying out.

On the Thursday afternoon I was having a nap when I was awoken by a loud argument between a member of staff and another guest. Furthermore, the day before a cleaner was talking on the phone for the majority of their shift and this was also disruptive to my afternoon siesta. The facilities were fine - the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean - but these staffing issues spoiled the experience.

Minuses: Totally overpriced because - if you book a room with a shared bathroom you will have to brush your teeth and take a shower in the same two 3 sqm rooms other people take their sh*t in and use the same sink they wash their hands in for brushing your teeth and washing your body - just two shared bathrooms, so make sure you're not in a hurry if you need to shower, use toilet etc. - very complicated check in via whatsapp, not described in the itinerary, because there's nobody present at the place, so make sure you have data volume and your phone's battery isn't dead - luggage storage not possible before/after checkin/-out - in general the furniture, floors etc. looks like they aimed to buy the cheapest option with everything - door rooms are absolute garbage, so you hear every step in the hall - furniture in the room is worn off, room is not clean, walls have staints, tiny tiny shared bathrooms are dirty Pluses: - A/C works well, even in 40° Celcius weather - bus 200 takes you to the airport in 20 mins

A fuir ! Seulement en cas de nécessité

Voici, en résumé, les NOMBREUX mauvais points sur cette réservation : - Pas d'accueil, seulement un interphone ( l'employé ne parle que espagnol et sans effort pour l'arrivant ). - Arrivé vers 23h ( retard avion ) , avec tout mes bagages, ils m'OBLIGENT, en plein milieu de la rue, à envoyer une photo recto/verso de ma carte d'identité ET à payer SANS CONTESTATION POSSIBLE une taxe de "ménage" sur un site tiers, dangereux pour les données bancaires. - 30min après, une fois dans le logement, sacrée surprise : logement sale, tout les murs tâchés, serviettes sales, chasse d'eau non tirée, draps sales aussi et tout les meubles en mauvais état ( écran télécommande clim cassé aussi ). - Aucun produit, aucun matériel à disposition pour nettoyer la chambre, les draps pendant 10 JOURS ! Evidemment personne ne passe nettoyer. - Présence de nombreux insectes divers et variés, mais surtout de cafards et de blattes, trouvé deux énormes 2 fois dans ma douche. - Isolation INEXISTANTE. Vous entendrez TOUT les allées et venues des occupants, les portes qui claquent, lits qui grince ( oui tout les lits grincent énormément ), ébats sexuels de certains ( oui..). J'ai été réveillé tout les jours par les alcoolisés qui rentrent. Le bruit est très présent et ressenti comme si c'était dans la pièce. AUCUN RESPECT et l'établissement ne fais rien. Seul et unique point positif : la clim. Je vous déconseille vraiment cet endroit et je ne réserverai plus sur Hotels.com, très déçu de l'expérience.
