Property is far away from the heart of Madrid, but very close to the stadium. Offers quiet and relax environment. Some of the check in staff were a bit rude when we arrived before our check in time to drop off our luggage. The bar has the best salted almonds with peanut samplers and the bar and restaurant staff were very warm.

酒店的suite算是含行政酒廊的费用,早上有简单的早餐,每天早上一早就开,晚上很晚才关。不用时段还变换着相应食物供应,太赞了。床很舒服,房间很大。但感觉酒店各部门沟通不太好,房内一个洗手池下水不畅,我没有提出,清洁工每天肯定能感觉到到四天过去没人来疏通。酒店的饭菜也是超赞的,虽然是一个bar,提供的菜品不算多。 check in没房间等到保证时间过了都没有只能出去。回来时房间有了,经验一个五星酒店,客人寄存的行李一旦有了房间会及时送到房间里,可是行李还需要我自己去拿或者等超过半小时的时间拿到我房间。

Quality Hotel in Business Neighborhood
Very good hotel located in the business district, about 15min drive from the historical Centre. The service is great but The breakfast is not very good. So is the condition of our shower. The rooms are spacious.

he good : friendly staff at the front desk, comfortable beds, amazing showers. The "?" : at the entrance you have to drag your suitcases down a great marble staircase, no ramp, no help. The room is nicely appointed if you like the minimalist style, but there is no desk, the TV is hanging on the wall with a narrow shelf under it.. Although I am sure there are better rooms in the hotel, but my room felt like a fancy cell.. dark and depressing with a tiny window in the corner that wouldn't close properly and facing a dinky inner shaft with pipes and hardware exposed. Not so tightly closed window allowed some smells from the laundry to penetrate the room. The attempt to beautify this disastrous view by hanging colored dolls does not work ! At the rate of over $350 (Canadian) a night, I could get a much better room in the area. Two bottles of water in the fridge clearly marked "free for elite members only". Any attempt to turn on the TV failed. Overall, stayed in similar hotels in the area with much larger and comfortable rooms at the same price point. FINALLY : a total NO-NO : cleaning staff entered the room without knocking while I was still there, and way ahead of check-out time The window here cut me off in the middle of a word, it has to be AREA not ARE

It's a solid 9.0. Great breakfast. Decent Suite
We booked a suite there for three nights at the beginning, and then three more at the end of our driving adventure through much of Spain. The breakfasts are the highest mark we can give, it was excellent, the maitre'd is highly attentive, the staff is very friendly, and attentive as well. We weren't told that we had access to the executive lounge (good appetizers) until our return stay which is better than not at all. The hotel is nicely situated to the museum trio, and the Plaza Mayor. The rooms are well maintained, although the space for the toilet is ridiculously small, and the metal TP dispenser cover sticks out so watch your elbow. We had to use cushions to blacken the motion-sensor night-light in the bedroom which is annoyingly bright. The main desk staff is friendly, and tries to be helpful, although their concierge service is variable. The bag-porter service was excellent.

Maybe off day. But few things weren’t right, no heat when it dropped to 13 at night. Coffee machine not working right. Girls at front desk and porters were good. Some other staff not obliging at all. Not like other Hyatt’s I’ve stayed at. Room way to small to stay there again.

Location is excellent, easy access to trains, tourist activities, a ton of tapas restaurants, staff is super helpful. Honestly my only complaint is that the BREAKFAST IS THE SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY and that gets boring if you stay for 2 weeks like we did. Otherwise, a nice location, would stay again.

The hotel is wonderful staff are friendly but tend to do too much and thus forgetting to do it. In my case they forgot my wake up call for the day of the flight. I would also recommend to add a label to the door for when you want your room made rather than go to the lobby and ask for them to make the room.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed at this hotel for 6 days. Both rooms were really spacious and felt clean even though you could tell that the rooms were a little bit older. It's a little confusing though because we booked 2 rooms, one that could sleep 3 and one that could sleep 2 but the room that was meant for 3 people felt smaller than the other one. The hotel staff also weren't that accommodating. Even their guest services aren't that great. Every time we would call housekeeping to send up extra bathroom essentials, it would take such a long time for them to get you what you need. Sometimes, we would even have to call twice because it seemed like they had already forgotten about your request. We also had to switch one of the rooms during our stay because the hotel said that there was a problem with their waterlines or something and while the other room was packing their stuff, nobody from the hotel even offered to help. They also only gave us a small plate of fruits and 2 bottles of water for the inconvenience. If they don't improve on their hotel management, I wouldn't stay at this hotel a second time.

Hotel is Great!
The hotel is one of the best places to stay. The room was spacious, very clean and well organized. Hotel staff very friendly to US travelers. Also, hotel is within 300 feet of METRO stop for easy access to west, east and central Madrid and tourist sites. Great surrounding neighborhood with coffees shops (BAM) within 3 minute walk.

The property does not have a business center. It seems more orientated to tourists than business customers. I would also like some form of pool or jacuzzi where I could relax.

The property is well located in the central part of Madrid. It is quiet and the staff is excellent. It is more of a boutique hotel and different from all the Hyatt Regencies in which I have stayed. There are none of the usual facilities: pool, exercise facility, etc.
