This beautiful studio has a capacity for 4 people. Located in the famous Malasaña neighborhood and very close to the Gran Vía, you will have a privileged location in the capital. In its surroundings you will find a wide range of entertainment, stores and exquisite restaurants, and you will be able to walk to the main tourist attractions. You will discover buildings that you will fall in love with, and the excellent atmosphere at any time of the day will surely make you want to extend your stay a few more days.
The apartment is excellently communicated to just 5 min from Callao subway and different bus lines, and less than 10 min from Sol station (Train, Metro), you will also be only 2 min from the Carrefour Express.

Il soggiorno è stato gradevole ed intenso. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione magnifica e strategica per i mezzi pubblici, purtroppo non posso pronunciare un giudizio totalmente positivo per i locali: si trova a pian terreno con un rialzo, quindi non adatto a portatori di disabilità, non è dotato di finestre, quindi "cieco", a parte il bagno, non dispone di un armadio per riporre i vestiti, a parte qualche scaffale e non ha un attaccapanni per giacche, giubbotti, ecc. Aspetti positivi, discrezione e disponibilità da parte di Alterhome
