The Space:
This premium newly built apartment is a modern space that combines comfort and elegance in every detail. With large double-glazed windows that fill the spacious living room with natural light, this space offers a modern and sophisticated decoration, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal in the dining area.

Enjoy a double bedroom with a 1.50-meter-wide bed and a large built-in wardrobe for your convenience. The full bathroom features a shower tray and a glass enclosure. The high-quality sofa bed comes with a 1.35-meter-wide mattress where two people can comfortably rest.

This apartment features cutting-edge technology: equipped with aerothermal heating and underfloor heating to provide you with the ideal comfort, whether in winter or summer. Additionally, we offer the convenience of a complimentary parking space in the same building with a direct elevator. The size of the parking spot is 4,70 x 2,20 meters.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with the essential kitchen utensils you may need during your stay. Feel like a movie night? Enjoy the Smart TV with major streaming applications to access with your own user and relax just like at home. Also, benefit from high-speed fiber optic internet connection (300 mbps) in case you need to work comfortably during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The parking space is for their exclusive use, but the garage is a common area shared with other building residents. Guests do not have access to the swimming pool, as it is exclusively for the residents of the property.

Getting Around:
The apartment includes a complimentary parking space in the building available for guests. Ideally, you can forget about the car during your stay and comfortably commute by metro, taking advantage of the strategic location of the area. Plaza Castilla metro station (lines 1 and 10) is just 5 minutes away and takes you directly to Gran Vía or Sol in about 20-25 minutes. Spanning Madrid from north to south, it allows you to reach virtually anywhere in the city in very little time. Additionally, Chamartín Station (long-distance trains) is only 1 metro stop away, and the airport is a mere 15-minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
Aerothermal is an ultra-efficient and comfortable system for both heating and cooling the house, but it's important to note that switching from cold mode to heat mode isn't possible at any time, as it's a shared system for the entire building. For approximately 6 months, the system operates only in heat mode, and for another 6 months, it operates in cold mode throughout the building. The changeover date is determined by the community of residents in the property.

Interaction with Guests:
I'm always available for guests if they need help with anything, although I appreciate respecting nighttime hours for non-urgent matters. As Airbnb recommends for everyone's safety—both guests and hosts—communication should always be done through the Airbnb app, and I kindly ask that phone calls be reserved for emergencies only.
