Ensure that the vent fan in the bathroom has been fixed before renting (or it will smell bad). The location is within 5 minutes of the metro (one hour to downtown) and there is free parking lot nearby (next to the police station). There are lots of grocery stories, restaurants, and great bakeries very close by.
