The property was exactly how its pictured. Super clean and beautiful private patio. Located in a smaller neighborhood but was still lively and a close walk to the main streets and metro. Host was also super responsive.
Great location and close to everything. Do recommend ear plugs and sleep mask if anyone sensitive to sound and sunlight in your group. Great communication and help by the property during the whole stay. Highly recommend.
Nice stay in Madrid. Sleeping arrangements for five was a little tight, I would recommend a party of four. Apartment is in a very good location.

The property condition (both the apartment and the building) is in real need of refurbishment. The main entrance to the building also serves as the location for the recycling bins and dumpster for the restaurants in the same building and that was quite unappealing.

Cool space in great location, with balconies and a (astroturfed) private terrace. Super lively neighborhood, which means noise from the street. It’s right next to one of madrids lesser known mercados - which is great for eating, but also contributes to some late night noise and all day fresh/not so fresh smells that waft in. All in all a nice, b+ apartment that’s sort of renovated at a b+ level, on a lively street, with b+ art (esp the courtyard/terrace graffiti wall art…an acquired taste) with an indoor/outdoor layout that’s pleasant. I would be quite ok to stay here again, though I wouldn’t actively run to it. B+(The plus is for the private terrace which really is pleasant)

He estado en este piso casi 4 meses. La localización del piso es de 10, así como la atención de la empresa que gestiona el alojamiento. Siempre respondían muy pronto y me ayudaron siempre con cualquier problema que tenía. La limpieza también es destacable. Para una estancia larga el piso está muy bien, solo hace falta quizás una mejora en los utensilios y cazuelas de la cocina, y se echa de menos un horno, aunque entiendo que por falta de espacio no es posible. La zona puede ser algo ruidosa en circunstancias normales, pero en estos meses de pandemia y con toques de queda, no hay problemas.
