The apartment is very nice and located in a central, convenient area of Madrid. It was clean and welcoming, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, some of the amenities inside the apartment could be improved (for example, having a properly working hairdryer and better blackout curtains would make the stay even more comfortable). With a few small adjustments, the place could really reach its full potential.

A very nice cosy area within central Madrid. Only problem was the shower head being way too high and couldn’t be moved and AC/Heating wouldn’t work. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I 100% recommend! Even get a nice twix Bar

Cute little place. Probably not best for 2 adults and teenagers for a long stay as its small. Good location. Property manager very responsive.

Small but cozy ……………great location to top attractions

The washing machine wasn’t hooked up so we had to use a laundromat which was a minute walk from the unit. Other than that, we found the location very accessible to the Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, the Prado, the Palacio Real, a great Cuban restaurant - La Negra Tomasa, and most of all we felt like we were residents of the neighborhood. The best part of it was that we walked everywhere. And if you want to take a taxi or jump on the Metro - no problem. A taxi stand is 2 minutes away and you’re a 3-4 minute walk to the Tribunal metro.

Located in central Madrid, 5 mins walk to Gran Via and public transport. If you like the little streets and laneways of the city, then you'll love where this property is located. Plenty of cafe's and bars in the roads around this property. Within walking distance to most of the main attractions Madrid has to offer (Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel market etc). So, Location wise 5 stars! Relatively smaller property, may be that's how the average houses in Madrid are - not sure. Host organised late check in, which was great. Very much appreciated! Things that could have helped: Second bedroom with sofa bed didn't have a blanket/duna. Couldn't get a response from the host for 2 days to find it. A kettle and few tea bags/coffee would have helped when we arrived after a long journey. Things to note : If you turn the electric cook top on to cook or boil water while the airconditioner/heater is on, the power goes off. We had to turn the main switch on the switch board off and on a few times. So, don't use them both at the same time, looks like an overload issue.

We had a great stay. The location is very good, easy walking distance to major sites like Plaza Mayor and Gran Via, which made exploring the city very easy. The apartment is small, but it worked perfectly for our family of four (two adults and two young adult kids)The area is very lively and full of young people enjoying the nightlife, so it can be loud at times and late into the night. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this spot, specially for young adults that are easy to accommodate in small places, and ready to enjoy beautiful Madrid!

Good location. Stayed with 2 children and was a little cramped. Would be perfect for couple who need a base to explore central Madrid. Air conditioning was a bonus as madrid was very hot.

Great location

We liked this property a lot, and would’ve given it five stars, but the mattresses were not very good, which made the sleeping part not so good. Both my husband and my daughter said each morning that they didn’t get much sleep because of it. I however did not experience the same and my sleep was OK. again, everything else was great!

Evaluación del apartamento en Malasaña.

Disfrutamos el vecindario y sus cafés para nuestros desayunos. Los dueños de los restaurantes y cafés fueron muy amables. El apartamento está bien para una pareja pero es un poco estrecho para tres adultos porque no tiene otra habitación, sino una salita con un sofá que se puede abrir. Es muy central y cercano al metro lo que hizo muy fácil el ir a todos los lugares que exploramos.

Cet appartement est sombre et inconfortable. Le canapé-lit est de qualité médiocre. Le problème le plus préoccupant est l'installation électrique défaillante : le compteur saute fréquemment, rendant difficile l'utilisation d'appareils électroménagers tels qu'une casserole ou un sèche-cheveux. Ceci soulève des préoccupations sérieuses quant à la sécurité de l'installation électrique.
