We had an incredible stay! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom amenities were wonderful. Check in was effortless with their app and so easy to operate. Management was very responsive and immediately resolved 2 issues with the closet and an aggressive guest a floor below us Once I addressed my concerns regarding the neighbor, we never heard or saw from him again. I was extremely appreciative of how helpful they were. Location is spectacular and we loved our stay and Madrid.
