-Due to the characteristics of the house, children under 12 years of age are not allowed, since we consider that the stairs may pose a risk to them.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
