Located in the financial area of the city, very close to the Congress Palace of Paseo de La Castellana this fabulous apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower newly renovated.
It has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, pots, cutlery.
The living room, with lots of natural light, has two glass walls with direct access to the large terrace of the apartment. The bedrooms also have large windows that provide an unique atmosphere.
On the rooftop of the building you will find a spectacular swimming pool with a very genuine shape, which opens in the summer months. A perfect place to relax on one deck chair while having a drink at the pool bar.
Among the amenities of this fantastic apartment we also find air conditioning and heating, free wifi, bed linen, towels and free toiletries.

The location of the apartment is perfect both to enjoy a vacation or work trip. It is very close to the Santiago Bernabéu football stadium.
The area is full of shops and restaurants.
