Charming apartment in Opera Square

This newly refurbished sunny and silent oasis is centrally located on a quiet street in the charming neighbourhood of Opera, very close to Gran Vía . You’ll feel at home here!

The space

The apartment is located in a nice old building in a quiet street next to Plaza de Santo Domingo and has just been extensively renovated (everything is brand new). It will be two minutes from the famous Gran Vía and only a few steps from some of the main points of interest in Madrid.

It is on the first floor of a building WITHOUT ELEVATOR (like most building of the center of Madrid)

Guest access

The apartment consists of:

* Room with double bed (140 cm x 200 cm).

* Living room with comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), dining area for 4, TV and semi open kitchen (fully equipped with everything what you need). In the reform they have recovered the wooden beams of the original building.

* Washer.

* Bathroom with shower

* Wi-Fi

* Air conditioner

*One set of hand towel and shower towel per person per stay up to 7 nights will be provided. If more are required, there will be a charge of 10 euros per set.

* Baby crib available on request, the price is €15 for the entire stay





No smoking in the apartment. In case of smoking, we will charge €100 as penalty.



Of course, we provide linen and towels, and other things such as an iron, hairdryer, bathroom products, maps, and basic ingredients for the kitchen.
