Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!
This spacious studio attic is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation to the warm and attentive hospitality. The place is amazing, super comfortable for a family, clean, quiet, the location is amazing, great internet reception. Raquel was amazing, she was available any time we needed something, spoiled us with great tasty little surprises, she is a super nice and welcoming person. Our vacation was just perfect!!!!😍

I would definitely recommend Cava Baja Suites as a place to stay to enjoy a trip to Madrid.
The apartment is in an excellent central location, for a visit to Madrid. Easy access to the nearest metro station, cafes shops and Tapas bars. Very clean and tastefully decorated.
There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The team at Cava Baja suites were super professional , friendly and helpful the apartment is in a great location a few minutes from La Latina and Plaza Mayor. It's clean , spacious and the beds are excellent. The complimentary cava and chocolates were a nice touch ! We will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable spot in a great location
Great location, a short walk from Plaza Mayor and full of great restaurants and bars. Less than one minute walk to the Metro. With a grocery store around the corner, having a kitchen was a plus. I stayed with my two teenagers, and the space was just right for us.

Perfect stay in Madrid!
The location, the beautiful, completely new and sparkling clean apartment, the bed and sofa were comfortable, the contact with the team was very quick and always friendly. Lift. Very good restaurants within walking distance. I rarely say it - I would book it again!

El apartamento superó mis expectativas
El apartamento superó mis expectativas. Está situado muy cerca de todo, lo que hace que moverse sea comodísimo. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio. Dejaron detalles de cortesía preparados. A pesar de que en la calle había muchísima gente de fiesta, dentro del apartamento se estaba tranquilo y silencioso, lo que permitió descansar perfectamente. El trato de Raquel fue inmejorable: muy atenta y responde más que rápido. Una estancia excelente: volveremos sin duda y lo recomendaremos a familiares y amigos.
