Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!

This spacious studio attic is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Un apartamento Excepcional

Había seleccionado el apartamento por su situación en pleno centro de Madrid y por los comentarios que había visto. Tengo que decir que es la primera vez que puntúo con un 10 un alojamiento. Previo a nuestra llegada hemos tenido cobertura a través de wass con la persona responsable que nos ayudó en todo momento con el check in online y también esa cobertura se hizo extensible al tiempo que estuvimos alojados. El edificio está recién renovado y el apartamento es simplemente espectacular. Estuvimos en un ático y no le faltaba detalle. Limpieza impecable, cama súper cómoda, aire acondicionado. El cuarto de aseo precioso con una muy buena ducha. También comentar la atención del personal de limpieza que nos ayudó en el momento de la entrada a la habitación dado que era con llave electrónica. Muy amables y atentas. La ubicación excepcional a tan sólo 4 minutos de la Plaza Mayor y en una zona rodeada de tascas típicas de Madrid. Sin duda dada la experiencia, repetiremos.

Deze accommodatie is zeer aan te raden! Midden in centrum, veel restaurants in de buurt! De host Raquel is werkelijk fantastisch. Je kan via whatsapp contact met haar hebben en heeft ons vele tips gegeven. Ze reageert direct! Het appartement op de 4e verdieping is beetje gehorig, tot laat in de avond hoor je mensen op straat maar dit weerhoudt ons niet om terug te komen! Appartement is heel netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien! Een echte aanrader. Niks
