Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Cava Baja street), right in the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and best-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio attic is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Great location with clean and confortable aparments.

Very well organized and the communication throughout WhatsApp was great. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. The building has a lot a signs that helps you to get around. I always felt safe in the building. I wish they had a better AC. The last night it stopped working and it was not confortable to sleep. Madrid can get very hot in the summer, and the AC becomes a must.

Such a cool, clean, refurbished historical building with a great location! Need to have a system to where people who arrive early to Madrid are able to store the bags more efficiently at a more affordable price. The stress of arriving with baggage in the morning and waiting till 3:00 to be able to check in with all that luggage is irritating. This has nothing to do with Cava Baja Suites alone. Just apartment rental in general in the city. Perhaps if Cava develops a better system for this issue it will rise above the competition…

Delizioso appartamento al centro di Madrid

Appartamento super pulito e confortevole. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo e divano letto x i bambini molto buono. Tutto il centro di Madrid è visitabile a piedi così come locali e supermercati sono a brevissima distanza. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento numero 401 del quale abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio e la riservatezza. Non possiamo che consigliare questa soluzione se come noi siete una famiglia che vuole visitare Madrid a piedi senza particolare utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici Nessuno in particolare
