This spacious studio apartment (third floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, newly reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from the Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Apart from the amenities, the lock was quite special and easy to use. Additionally, the landlord was extremely helpful throughout the entire journey. Everything about the property was impeccable. It had everything we needed and more to make our stay that much more comfortable and convenient. The apartment is spotless and located in a central location nearby to most of the attractions as well as public transportation, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a mini market. The host was incredibly accommodating and met us at the apartment. He was very contactable throughout our stay with any issues we hadquestions. We were some of the first to stay at the apartment so we were greeted with chocolates and a bottle which was a lovely touch! The location of the apartment was fantastic and the decor was lovely with fantastic facilities if you were to stay at this apartment self catering. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was very easy to use! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others! Great find!

The location of the Cava Baja studio flat was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions, eating places and conveniences you could possibly want. La Latina was bustling and vibrant, so it was a pleasure to open the balcony doors and hear the sounds of people on the street below. The amenities were top-notch - the coffee machine was a real hit with my partner! Upon arrival, the place was spotless, making it clear that great care is taken to maintain Cava Baja to the highest standard. César was incredibly friendly and responsive, even allowing us to check in a bit earlier than 15:00 since the place was all ready for us. We couldn’t recommend Cava Baja enough, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you 🥰

Maravilloso alojamiento en el centro de Madrid.

La verdad el alojamiento superó mis expectativas...cierto es que para cuatro personas es un pelín justo, pero la verdad que lo compensa todo lo demás. El trato con el anfitrión ha sido maravilloso, super atento, ofreciendo siempre ayudas y alternativas. Estaba todo limpito y tenía servicios para todos los huéspedes. Es un edificio antiguo reformado en apartamentos. Super nuevito todo, se nota que hace poco que lo reformaron. En una zona super céntrica de La Latina, a menos de 10 minutos andando de la Plaza Mayor. Hasta teníamos un detalle de bienvenida!!! Tenía un sofá cama y una cama, la verdad bastante cómodos. El baño y la cocina super bien, bastante nuevos, completamente equipados. Incluso hasta te ponen sal-azúcar-aceite-vinagre, una muy grata sorpresa!! Por poner algo...Para cuatro personas, es un pelín justo, porque en el sofá cama, al abrirlo no queda espacio para la cocina..pero por poner una pega...porque la verdad que merece completamente la pena.
