Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



It was inaugurated in March 2024.

On a quiet but relatively central street. We let them know this was our first stop on our honeymoon and we got some extra little chocolates and some champagne! Extremely attentive and helpful even when our flight got canceled and we made it a day later than expected!

201 - Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Die Lage perfekt. Es gab alles was man braucht. Wenn man die Fenster zugemacht hat, war es im Teil des Zimmers wo das Bett liegt sehr leise. (Ich bin sehr Geräusch-sensibel und sogar für mich war super). Das Schlafsofa war auch bequem, dort hat man bisschen von dem Lärm gehört aber nicht störend. Check in war sehr leicht. Würde 100% wieder buchen.

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento prendendo spunto dalle ottime recensioni lette e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. A 5 minuti da Plaza Mayor e su una via piena di attività gastronomiche. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Struttura perfetta, fornita di tutto il necessario. Sebbene in una via centrale, l'appartamento è insonorizzato perfettamente. Assolutamente consigliato.

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento per due adulti e due persone , comodo, molto pulito, dotato di tutto. Presenti detergenti per il bagno, phon, macchine caffè, microonde , piano ad induzione per chi volesse prepararsi qualcosa in autonomia . All’arrivo abbiamo trovato un kit di benvenuto , prosecco, cioccolati e un pensiero di caramelle per le bambine . Facile check in on line e assistenza del personale molto chiara ed efficiente. La posizione è centralissima , vicino alla metro ( ma le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili senza problemi a piedi) . A pochi metri il mercato di San Miguel, Plaza Mayor . Raquel ci ha consigliato un deposito bagagli a pochi metri dalla struttura e ci ha consentito la prenotazione dell’auto per andare in aeroporto. Usate questo servizio perché i costi sono più bassi. Assolutamente da consigliare . Nulla

Great stay at CavaBaja

Such a wonderful layout for an apartment. We had plenty of space, a couch, kitchen, and nice windows/balcony. The staff are tremendously accommodating and went the extra mile to be helpful and kind. I highly recommend CavaBaja. There's not much to not like, other than the noise from the floor above was a bit much at times, but other than that all was well..

Highly recommend it!

Very clean and compact space. The champagne and truffles was a great touch that was in the refrigerator when we arrived. The property was prepared for us ahead of check in time. Great contact and follow up throughout our stay! Everything was great.
