Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

El mejor lugar en Madrid para hospedarte !!!

El espacio es increíble, la amabilidad de los huéspedes y la facilidad de movilidad que tiene el espacio, la ubicación es excelente.todo está perfecto, tienes saliendo todo bien cerca. El espacio es cómodo. Las personas que te rentan te apoyan en todo momento, la comunicación es excelente. Cuidado con la regadera, el agua puede salir del baño si pones mucha presión.

Il check in in autonomia é stato davvero semplice. Lo spazio perfetto per 4 persone e l’appartamento super pulito! Ma la posizione é il valore aggiunto di Cava Baja suites: in un punto strategico del quartiere la Latina, a due passi dalla metro e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Gran Via e da Plaza Major! Ci siamo sempre sentite al sicuro, il posto è super tranquillo, ci ritornerei assolutamente! Tutto perfetto

L’ambiente è molto curato, con tutti i comfort per una famiglia. Pulito e in una posizione perfetta: vicinissima al centro ma silenziosa. L’accesso è sicuro. Raquel e lo staff sono attentissimi e pronti a soddisfare in maniera rapida e adeguata le richieste. Ottimi tutti i servizi. Super consigliato!

Excelente atención del personal, me orientaron en todo momento, siempre disponible para dudas, el lugar es pequeño, pero super limpio y cómodo, la ubicación excelente, metro cerca y llegas caminando a todos los lugares principales. El único detalle es una luz que da a la habitación desde el patio que está prendida toda la noche.
