Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.It was inaugurated in March 2024.The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, it features AEROTHERMIA renewable energy and is very quiet despite being in the heart of the historic center.This apartment is located on the semi-basement floor and has the two windows visible in the image.

Todo. Las instalaciones, la ubicación,nos quedaba todo cerca, para recorrer caminando,la amabilidad de Raquel, preocupada por todos los detalles, antes y durante la estadía. Justo estuvimos después del apagón, lo que trajo algunos inconvenientes para los pagos on line, pero ella encontró la solución, para que no tengamos inconvenientes en alojarnos. También la amabilidad de María al recibirnos. Y los detalles de lo que nos dejaron al llegar, para brindar por la estadía. Muy recomendable !! Seguramente buscaremos alojarnos ahí,en un nuevo viaje a Madrid!!

Merece la alta pontuacion que tiene: la mejor ubucacion, el mejor colchon y almohadas, todo nuevo y muy limpio. César es genial, muy atento y amable: gracias por preocuparte de verdad por tus huéspedes. En cuanto vuelva a Madrid sin duda volveré a alojarme aqui! Lo único que puedo señalar es el hecho de que el estudio donde nos alojamos no tenía ventanas que pudiéramos abrir ya que eran muy pequeñas y muy altaa. Sin embargo esto se explica al reservar así que no fue una sorpresa, son muy transparentes!
