Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

Todo. Las instalaciones, la ubicación,nos quedaba todo cerca, para recorrer caminando,la amabilidad de Raquel, preocupada por todos los detalles, antes y durante la estadía. Justo estuvimos después del apagón, lo que trajo algunos inconvenientes para los pagos on line, pero ella encontró la solución, para que no tengamos inconvenientes en alojarnos. También la amabilidad de María al recibirnos. Y los detalles de lo que nos dejaron al llegar, para brindar por la estadía. Muy recomendable !! Seguramente buscaremos alojarnos ahí,en un nuevo viaje a Madrid!!
