  • Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



    This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



    Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.

This apartment was very conveniently located in the old city, and the street it’s on is full of amazing restaurants. The team was very attentive to our needs, welcomed us to the apartment and checked in with us to make sure everything was well. The apartment was modern and clean, and very quiet.

Fabulous location and very nice apartment!

The location is fantastic. There are numerous lovely tapas bars on the same street and the excellent San Miguel Market is a few minutes walk away. The studio apartment was very comfortable with a large bed, large sofa bed, kitchen and great bathroom. Self check in was straightforward and there was welcome cava, chocolates and water in the fridge! Thank you. It felt very safe, private and secure. We had a great stay and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Nothing

Strategic location, comfortable and homey.

You will be living in the middle of a tourist location here. It was so convenient stepping out of my room and straight to all these beautiful restaurants. Very strategic and comfortable stay. Well, the property set expectation that they are new and continuously improving. So I don’t find anything I didn’t like. Communicative and proactive staff are the treasure of this property.

I had a pleasant time and will stay here again next time.

The landlord gave me the password in advance and I entered the room before 12:30. The location was very convenient and the transportation was easy. I could walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid. There were good restaurants and gelato nearby. The water, chocolate and wine in the refrigerator were all provided for free. Since I only stayed for one night, I only drank a bottle of water and left the rest for the next guest. None

Top Suiten an Top Lage

Die Suites an der Calle Cava Baja 13 sind hervorragend gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Natürlich gibt es ab und zu etwas Lärm, schon allein durch die belebte Lage. Eventuell könnten die Fenster ( speziell Suite 001) etwas besser isoliert sein, weil vorbeifahrenden Autos sehr laut wahrgenommen werden. Ansonsten ist wirklich alles top. Las suites de Calle Cava Baja 13 gozan de una ubicación excelente y están muy bien equipadas. Como es lógico, debido a la afluencia de gente, a veces se oye algo de ruido. Quizás las ventanas (sobre todo en la Suite 001) podrían estar mejor insonorizadas, ya que el ruido de los coches que pasan es bastante fuerte. Por lo demás, todo es realmente excelente.
