Bulky apartment ideal for two people. The rest area is integrated into the living room. It has a kitchenette and seating area. Independent bathroom. Air conditioning hot / cold.
Located in one of the most attractive tourist areas of the capital: MADRID RIO, where you can enjoy the terraces along the entire axis of Madrid RIO.
The studio is about fifteen minutes from the center of MADRID, either by subway or by bus lines. It is a quiet area that will allow you to fully enjoy the capital. You can also find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and terraces, where you can taste a varied cuisine. 10th floor apartment with sloping ceiling

Great location next to grocery store and nearby public transportation and mall. Good host communication, AC, and nice to have washer and outdoor drying rack. Husband is 6ft2in and I am 5ft11in so sloping ceiling limited walking upright in part of living room and bathroom. Couch cushions longer than couch so loses comfort. Has whirlpool in tub but no instructions for us English speakers.

Comfortable and Quiet apartment

Enjoyed our stay! Unit is effectively on the top floor of the building and shares no walls with other units, so it's exceptionally quiet. While you have basically no views from the windows, that means no street noise. The sloped ceiling was no problem for me at 6'1". Loved having the excellent and inexpensive Mercadora supermarket in the building. Easy bus or subway to Central madrid, glitzy mall on next block and Chinatown within walking distance.

Perfect place for light travelers with 2 people.

My overall experience was amazing. Our plane had a significant delay and even with this issue they went out of their way to meet us at 12am. Such amazing hospitality and kindness... One less worry and overall the place is beautiful and well maintained. The neighborhood is near a bunch of shops and mall so you don't have to worry about driving all over the place. Also, your very close to Centro where most all of the museums and attractions are... We're very sad we have to leave but look forward returning in the future.

A comfortable apartment with an elevator in a pleasant building. Sloped ceilings can be tricky to navigate, but that's the only slight negative. The neighborhood is very convenient with several grocery shops and a shipping mall within 2 minutes walk. Buses to the city center right outside the building.
