"Unfortunately we had a really unpleasant experience with renting this cabin. In the end we left without staying there and now are fighting to get a refund because it was not as advertised. When we arrived there was nobody there and also nobody reachable by phone and nobody calling back. The cabin was dirty with dog hair and other dirt on the carpets and also on the bed-covers. "We stayed here for a family celebration and it was perfect. Everything was beautifully maintained and clean, had everything possibly needed. The cabins were cute and well outfitted. We enjoyed the fire pit and spending time outside. This is a great space to get together with a larger group. Gorgeous lake views and sunset."

"The house and grounds of the property are beautiful! House is tastefully decorated and the gardens are stunning. Hosts are friendly and available to answer questions. Guests should be aware that there are tenants in the basement, but there is a separate entrance and no interaction. We especially appreciated the binder with instructions for appliances and menus etc to local restaurants.
