Everything was very good. The room had an outstanding view. Breakfast was average. It was very noisy outside the hotel at all hours of the night. Staff should direct clients to cross the bridge to look for the best restaurants.

The Hotel Raices was a great value with very kind staff. We only stayed here one night and enjoyed the walk from the train station and to bus for Machu Picchu. The hotel also served breakfast early for those with an early hike. It did get a bit loud at night with people leaving the bars but overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel!

Gorgeous view from the big window! Hot water with high pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed, good service, we were able to check in early bc had to rush to our bus to Machu Picchu. The hotel is situated in the center of the town, next to the bridge and the bus line, few minutes walk to the train station. There are many restaurants nearby, people are up on streets late, but its a downside of being in the center, close to everything. We absolutely loved staying there, will do again if come to town!
