"We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place."

"We love the service minded staff made us feel very welcome! The wiew from the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking.
The thinking we did not like is that the walls in the bathroom was falling apart down!
And that air was totally shut if the ac was not on!"
