O quarto estava com os espelhos sujos. Não tinha uma lixeira no quarto além da que estava no banheiro. O café da manhã não tinha muitas variedades de comida, mas as que tinha eram saborosas. Os elevadores estavam quebrando o tempo todo.

Razoável

Hotel não tem uma boa acústica nos quartos. Escutamos tudo que se passa nos corredores e quartos vizinhos. Dificuldade é dormir - fiquei no apto 719, onde a ducha higiênica estava quebrada. Detalhe que a pia fica fora do banheiro e dentro do quarto.

Ótima opção em Ponta Verde

Quarto muito bom, limpo (exceto o cheiro de fossa que sai pelo ralo do banheiro), vista pro mar é ampla e bonita (fiquei no 9° andar). Café da manhã é servido a partir das 5h30, tem variedades e o destaque vai pra tapioca da Adriana, muito simpática! A localização é ótima, perto da praia, comércio, bons restaurantes, de tudo!

Ótima hospedagem. Observações : faltou um espelho no quarto e um balcão na pia do wc. Poderia disbonibilizar lençóis individuais na cama casal e por fim, musica barulhenta noxsom ambiente do restaurante no café da manhã. Tapioca deliciosa!

O melhor de um estabelecimento é quando ele escuta a sua razão de existir: a sua CLIENTELA! Como sou cliente frequente, assíduo e não ocasional do hotel, consigo ter uma ampla visão do que foi e de como está atualmente: •Os problemas de programação nos elevadores foram corrigidos ✅ • A disposição (layout) dos ítens do café da manhã melhoraram sobremaneira ✅ • O acolhimento da recepção também teve um PLUS considerável, principalmente por parte da simpática, eficiente e prestativa Lidiane, além do Keyne que resolve com agilidade os imprevistos ✅ Dicas: algumas coisas ainda precisam melhorar, como falhas de comunicação e manipulação fora das boas práticas de biossegurança alimentar de ítens como os pratos, talheres e alimentos do café da manhã, mas nada que não se resolva com observação, in loco, dos gestores responsáveis e reforço no treinamento das equipes • Melhorar o enjoval, principalmente as toalhas de banho e rosto que estão com aparência não muito adequadas Enfim, a busca de melhorias na Qualidade é uma ação continuada e permanente e os envolvidos estão de parabéns pelos avanços já implementados e que hóspedes mais atentos percebem de imediato.
