"The staff in the restaurant and concierge are an example of great hospitality. The front desk staff need a great training to wear a smile whenever they face their checking in customers. Housekeeping staff should refrain from entering guest room until guest check out time is over or verify system what times guests check out times. Felt violated my privacy when I’m in the bathroom showering when housekeeping force open my door."

"Very good location. Front desk and housekeeper are super friendly and helpful. If the front desk staff is willing to offer promotion such as free breakfast, it would make this stay a fantastic stay! As I have extended my stay from 9 nights to 6 extra nights."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel S. I loved the Art Deco style and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The amenities were great, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was also excellent. Everything made my stay comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!"
