This property isn’t officially open yet but already it’s a great place to stay. Not uncomfortably posh as the other hotels in the casino area, but very high-quality, and with extremely friendly and supportive staff. The infinity pool is gorgeous! When the shopping mall is open and the final touches are put on the facilities, it will be a great option in a central location in Macau.

房間整潔新淨，空間亦夠大，窗外風景漂亮 斜對面便是新葡京，吃玩都方便

in,out安排未完善，餐廳冇選擇衹有唯一，食物選擇小，早餐自助餐選擇也小，沒有穿梭巴士，需乘其他酒店車然後步行約十分鐘，要橫過多條行車線，幸好當地駕駛者都是有禮的，會在班馬線停車，另外如外出的話也需步行至巴士站約7一8分鐘，在酒店門口很小的士進入，門僮也很小理會，但如帶同行李進入酒店，門僮會幫忙帶到前台及會將行李送上房間，泳池開放時間8-8早了點關閉，更衣室沒有存房衣物的地方，不過有桑拿房，酒店職員部分是有禮的，部分則是目中冇人，離開酒店時如用現金作按金的話則要等候房間檢查完畢才發還，但不會很久，約十分鐘內。

A new hotel with very good views and is located in a very convenient location with access to different parts of Macau. It is also close to the pier with ferry’s to HK Island

酒店仍在試業中，大部分地方甚至房間還在裝修，未有商戶進跓只有一家便利店。當日大約晚上8時check-in，酒店門外沒有任何指示，行左一大圈再問職員先知大堂在2樓。check-in 大堂地方較細沒有冷氣，好熱，但職員都十分有禮，耐心解答。 房間方面，地方闊落，廁所有兩個洗手盆，有啲喜出望外，惟一係張床有啲短。房內大部分電器都係自家品牌，尚可，但最唔滿意係個電視機，電視頻道少，大約只有10個台，無得駁HDMI，有啲台又keep住loaging無野睇，個電視遙控反應極慢，行到個電視前好近先收到，加上個遙控完全無得教字幕同聲道，相信對外國人都幾唔友善。 總結而言，YOHO金銀島為5星級酒店但以今次行程體驗而言，相信在澳門有其他更好選擇。但酒店仍未正式開業，日後或會改善。

I think this hotel is best good. they provided me the nice view room and clean room. the person who is in charge the concierge is very kind because he had explain very well the transport how to use the shuttle bus
