I never got there because of the typhoon shut down all transportation from Hong Kong to Macau on that day. I called the hotel and they said they will refund the money but I need to call Expedia. So I call Expedia and get to talk to this on line robot and I was told Expedia will get back to me. Never heard back. So it’s not about the hotel. The rating applies to Expedia. Expedia please reply back to me. Thanks.

We enjoyed so much about staying in Hotel Golden Dragon. The staff were so friendly to let us feel welcome, the location was convenient to everywhere. We also could use the free shattle bus. There was a supermarket near by for us to purchase food, fruit, etc. Thanks.

Good hotel with courteous staff.
A relatively short visit, but I was very happy with this hotel. Our taxi dropped us off actually behind hotel and there was some confusion where to find the entrance. The room was nice, staff courteous and the amenities great. The area was not too far from where we wanted to go. I especially liked the complimentary fruit basket. A nice touch!

Bed is not as comfortable, too soft, bedsheet and blanket traps heat too much. Staff is helpful by providing a tea set without prompting after realising the guests are brewing tea.

Not a 4 star hotel. Very cold and dated rooms.
The room was absolutely freezing with no heating available. We asked for a heater and they said all heaters were given out and they had none left leaving my wife and I shivering all night. Not a great experience. the rooms are dated and old also.

Great Dragon Hotel next to Ferry
Macau was great, 5 minute walk from the ferry. 15-20 minute walk from all the main casinos. Staff very friendly and room was made perfectly. Amenities were great and large. Only disappointment was the pool which is was under construction until further notice.

Large room in need of new carpet but comfortable s
Check in was slow and confusing but it got done Not friendly or welcoming but professional service. It is China. Beds are hard but room is very large especially for Asia. Rooms are old nostalgic style which was kinda cool but in need of new carpet and furnishings. It was clean enough with good shower and clean sheets.

Nice, but outdated.
Hotel is good, room is big but is outdated. 10-15 minute walk to the ferry terminal or wait for thier shuttle bus and also walking distance to Sands hotel casio where you can catch many of their shuttle bus to the Venetians and other area. There are few restaurants and small shop in the Surrounding area. Lobby and waiting area is small. When tour group comes in it get very crowded and crazy. Good value for the money.
