Amazing property and staff are brilliant, I ended up checking in just myself so was very lucky to get a upgrade! Bed was really comfy, room service was really quick and room was very clean. Thank you so much, I’ll def be back!

Because I come from the country this was my first time of visiting the city. I had to drive and navigate getting to the accommodation. Once we arrived I was unsure on how to get into the accommodation. The young man at reception was very helpful and made the process very user friendly. Also loved that we were in the city but our balcony had a lovely bushy outlook. Location for what we needed was fantastic. Highly recommend these Serviced Apartments. Thank you.

3 day stay over the Christmas period visiting family. Hotel was full but very smoothly run.

Really happy with the room and our stay, overall. The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The facilities were great, staff were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The pool was huge and perfect to get in a bit of exercise in-between checking out the variety of restaurants Cronulla has to offer. Right next to the beach

From the moment we booked until we left the team where brilliant and looked after us. It was a large bucks weekend (we found out at checkout that the team don't usually except them) However we played nice and stayed out of trouble all weekend. Rooms great for a group of guys, all bases covered from towels, linen, TV and air con. BBQ's on site cleaned everyday. Great Pub over the road. Would recommend if you can convince reception you won't be trouble as part of a boys weekend.

Excellent location. 1 bedroom apartment very clean & comfortable. Fantastic place to stay. Huge balconies with views over to the ocean. Overall would totally recommend if looking for a modern, quality, clean, & comfortable room.

Very quiet for a hotel this close to the airport.

Great location and gorgeous, comfortable rooms; truly loved the modern eclectic feel. Just a short stroll to everything Oxford Street has to offer - or if that’s still too far for a coffee, start your day off with something from the café at the entrance to the building.

Not a good experience with the QR codes in the table, communication was not clear around unavailable foods. Took an hour and a half to solve. Lady serving, Maria in the kitchen; top notch service. Thank you Maria.

Very clean and new facility.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. The nightly delivery of handmade fudge was such a thoughtful and luxurious touch that made us feel genuinely pampered. Having Horizon Club access really elevated our experience. Value for money.

I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had. It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)

Reception needs to tell customers that the fee shuttle to the terminals is approx 750mts to 850mts away not just two minutes walk. I am disabled and had trouble making it to the bus stop in one go. I am also suffering from Low Vision and nearly fell a couple of times due to other people pushing in front of me. If correct info was given I would have caught a taxi.

The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.
