"Sixteen of us stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. The space was comfortable, the decor was and we enjoyed that the kids could snorkel from the house, and just the proximity to the beach can't be beat. We had some problems with the Chef service so I would caution you not to use Chef Carlos' services. "

"The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time...

"Beautiful, clean home with an ideal layout, perfect for hosting our group of 11. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality of Bibi and Hayden. Their food was absolutely delicious, and they were attentive to every need throughout our week-long visit. The property was pristine, and we had a blast enjoying the pools and the beach. The location was perfect for our group, and we felt safe and secure the entire time. Highly recommend!"

"We have stayed in many VRBOs through the years and honestly, this rental was probably the best we have ever been to. Mac was amazing to work with and gave us detailed recommendations for dining and things to do. Edwin and Erma were amazing in helping us with whatever we needed. The place is stocked with everything that needed. We plan to go back and will definitely be staying at this amazing rental. Thank you for a wonderful time in Tulum! "
