"Room was very nice and clean😊"

"Staff was friendly, but room wasn’t very clean. It smelled like bleach and mould. They clearly didn’t even wipe the bathroom counter as there was old dried toothpaste all over it. And the floor seemed like it was falling apart. The shower was old and outdated and overall condition of room was in rough shape. Don’t be fooled by the pictures like I was! I would definitely recommend spending a little more on something decent!"

"- Breakfast wasn't overly hot. Paper plates and plastic for silverware and instead of glass "which was shocking" - Pool was very cloudy and dirt in the deeper end. Looked to be like dog fur under the door to the pool and inside the pool area by the basket for towels. -Staff was great. Couldn't ask for better. "

"Everything was great for our three night stay which has been a tradition each Nov/Dec for the past three years. Everything in the bachelor suite was great, clean and in good shape. When we had some challenges with our toilet on our last day, Mike was at the site and came quickly to try to fix it. When that wasn't possible, we were offered the opportunity to stay in the house for our last night. Of course we were delighted to accept this offer and enjoyed the house to the maximum, especially the beautiful staircase, sun room, piano, comfortable bedrooms and the pool table in the lower level as well as the direct access to the swimming pool! Thanks so much for this incredible upgrade for our last night. The kids were so happy to enjoy the house. "

"Although the Rita Suite was clean, comfortable and roomy, and it is in a great location, we found it lacked some basic amenities for travelers such as: Salt and Pepper, cooking oil, servettes, extra roll of paper towel, and sufficient amount of coffee pods for the length of our stay. As well, there was no "Welcome Basket" that we are accustom to seeing at other VRBOs that includes such things as preserves, crackers etc. (i.e. small items that are often not brought by travelers). Lastly, there was no Information packet that includes a list of recommended local restaurants and sites to see in the region (i.e. providing local knowledge). Again, this is often provided for guests who are not familiar with the local offerings. These are not significant issues by themselves, but they were noticed by their absence. This feedback was provided during our stay not as a criticism per se but as a means of enhancing the experience for future quests.That aside, everything worked as expected and the host was very responsive to any questions we had, which made the stay enjoyable and relaxing."
