For the money it was ok. No hairdryer in room and would have appreciated 2 pillows per person. BBQ was old looking and property was just ok. Bed comfy and comfy pillows.

The bed was comfortable. The sheets were too worn and should’ve been replaced. I had to get clean sheets from the manager. The room was dirty and needed a good cleaning. The only thing good was the price.

Friendly, helpful reception. Clean room for most part. Box-spring mattress damaged in one visible corner, not conducive to reliable maintenance. Other visible damage also. Outside of building needs maintenance as well. No coffee/tea provided. Functional mini fridge with small freezer were convenient, plus small microwave oven. Price I paid was more than price I was quoted by Expedia. Somewhat overpriced anyway for overall quality.

Allowed us to extend stay for a few hours. Hotel is clean, not luxurious. Basic fridge and mic. A 5 min drive into North Sydney. Belle's Home Cooking is fabulous place to eat.

The room was clean. The bed was a little hard . The pillows were flag. But over all for the price it was great place to stay for a night or 2 . I will stay again on by way to the newfoundland ferry .

They need a good maintenance person. The shower (inside a small tub) wouldn’t drain so you are standing in water past your ankles. No plug for the sink. Limited towels and no garbage container anywhere. Extremely flat pillows. Check in staff are not welcoming. Only positive was it was clean - thankfully there was no carpet.
