"The staff was friendly. But it seemed a bit outdated. The kitchenette area was missing a drawer. The tub has cracks on the side. I will say it was clean so that was a plus. So maybe if your looking for something on the cheaper side this would be it."

"Had a family emergency. The hotel was very accommodating and nice. My only recommendation is to have a place out front for those with elderly riders to drop them off. There is no front entrance of the normal hotel sort outside. "

"Our 2nd flight got cancelled so we were stranded in Dallas. We showed up to the hotel with 3 kids and just a little bit of our stuff since most of our luggage was checked! The staff was INCREDIBLY sweet and understanding. They gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite room so we could check in a few hours early. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Kindest staff ever and super open to upgrading us and being personable. The rooms were clean and great. Would absolutely stay here again!"
