"My wife and I spent two nights at the Omni Las Colinas while attending a concert over the weekend. The hotel’s location, staff, and amenities were great overall. The check-in experience was somewhat disappointing, as the front desk staff paid little attention to us and seemed to rush through the process. It wasn’t a major issue, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Our only real complaint was the breakfast experience. After being seated by the hostess, we waited quite a while before anyone came to take our drink order, even though the tables around us were being served promptly. In addition, the buffet selection and food quality were underwhelming. I would recommend having breakfast outside the hotel instead. Other than that, everything else about our stay was excellent."

"I love the location of the property, the rooms and especially the breakfast. This location is close to most of the attractions and restaurants are also close by. I love the fact that you can have some breakfast items coked to order. But the one I found disappointing was a couple of the staff members at the front desk were not pleasant. One of them were actually always sitting down around the corner. Only came out of you needed assistance but very dry attitude. The other was very dismissive when the concern of kids running throughout the hotel. I wasn’t aware that there was a baseball tournament in the area and multiple teams chose to stay at this location. I know it’s up to the parents to control their children. But the hotel staff must uphold the standards. So other guest who paid as well can have the experience that they expect."

"The hotel is nice. When I stayed in February I had no issues. This trip the water was luke warm and my room smell like mildew. I spoke with the front deak and she informed me that it was a water boiler issue and it was like that in the entire hotel. She said that she couldn't switch my room because there were no more available. I sprayed lysol several times to try and help with the smell, but it didn't work."

"The breakfast was a whole buffet!! So many options to drink as well, the coffee especially good got me thru my day👏the room was so clean when we arrived! The staff was very helpful and nice would definitely stay here again! Also had a chance to get in the pool so clean and refreshing! Loved!! "
