"Great stay for Disney! They just opened a new meal shop before we left, fresh banh mi, wish we got to try! Staff was amazing & always helpful. They have a Lawson store inside & even a small Disney store. Shuttle bus for park, airport limo shuttle pickup as well & less than 5 min walk to train station for Disney sea. They also have a laundry room - less than $10 for multiple washes/dry "

But I must say the automated check -in checkout machines while efficient are a bit impersonal, and not really addressing a real world problem. Tech for tech’s sake is a bit sad. "Love the hotel! Most of everything was perfect but our room was pretty tiny than I expected. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is unique and wired. The wall is see-through clear wall and there is a curtain to covered the wall. "

"Hotel is in a great location. It is just across the street from the shinagawa station. From there you can get most places. Only negative is breakfast buffet. It is fairly pricey . The selection of western types of food is not up to par for the price. I would have expected an omelette station for the price. Food was generally not hot but maybe that is an asian thing. Overall the hotel is very good. There is a 7-11 just outside the hotel if you prefer a quick breakfast. Closest macdonalds is on the other side of the train station but not too far if you are looking for inexpensive breakfast. I would stay again because of access to the train station"
