"Staff friendly and accommodating "

"This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasn’t able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands. This place is terrible I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to...

"Bar restaurant next the beach was wonderful, hotel itself was not good. We got covered in bug bites. Mosquito and ants were all over our room so as we slept we would get bit. Blankets were stained. Staff often seemed confused and unhelpful. It was difficult to order our breakfast each day or find staff to help us. If the hotel could match how nice its beach restaurant is it would be an amazing place to stay but hotel is completely run down compared to the beach bar. "

Lots of nearby eating options as this hotel is your basic sleep at night and explore during the day variety. Rooms were clean and tidy. Sometimes the water heater works 😂 but it’s not really needed when you’re nice and sun-kissed. My favorite thing about this place was the lounging area outside the rooms. "The staff was great and friendly. The ocean view rooms are the best! Not a crowded place which is great for relaxing. Having the beach at the front of the property was so ideal. A little paper thin walls but nothing too crazy. Would definitely recommend the ocean view rooms. "
