I was going to and got the Direct access for three more nights, but not a premium room and although the room was smaller, the layout was great and the food was awesome but the staff including Toffee at the front desk were great, and the host Marian at the buffet was so helpful and courteous. After seven nights at prime, we’ve now been four nights at the Palms and was truly spoiled by the direct access of the pool"
