"The staff were very kind and helpful to us. The room was very clean as well. Everyone really helped our family enjoy our stay and have a great time for our trip. We had a wonderful time and the food was amazing. The natural environment looked very nice and we liked the way they kept the nature as a sight out our windows and we recommend you choose this resort since it helped our family make wonderful memories. Thx to Dellshire resort for the wonderful time once again."

"The bathroom should have been much cleaner as it lacked detailed cleaning. The cleaning crew needs better training in the details such as cleaning grout. We were excited to see our shower was a walk-in, but when my husband took a shower the water flowed across the floor as there was no threshold to hold the water inside the stall. We had to use all of our towels to try to soak up the water. The floor was obviously slippery and we were afraid that one of us might fall."

"There was a lot of activities for the kids to do. Room was clean. The wait in line was actually pretty quick when I went to check in and the lines to the waterslides weren’t too long either"

"Disclaimer: I give this review from the perspective of someone who has stayed at many budget hotels and have minimal expectations. This hotel was used as simply a place to sleep after doing activities in Wisconsin Dells all day. The property was better kept than what I expected for a $50+tax hotel. I was also surprised to see that breakfast had a few protein options instead of the typical sweetened carbs only. The beds were also more comfortable than expected for a hotel in this price range. This hotel won't change your life, but it's a solid option for its price range. The grounds are a bit neglected, but this should be expected for it's price range. If you only need a good night's sleep for a fair price, it's solid. If you're expecting amenities of a Hilton, then book a Hilton."

"I love this place i always come with all my family a group of 21 with kids included and they always try to put us together or nearby eachother which i think is very kind of them. I will keep coming here and the lobby smells amazing!"

Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites

"The room was absolutely phenomenal , a couple weird features as in bathroom lights. I absolutely loved how the air conditioner could get to 50⁰ as I over heat easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very very disappointing. It was sausage and powdered eggs 2 different cereals and waffles nothing to write home about. I enjoyed my stay. The location was also very convenient."
