Amazing Sea Views

Largigi apartment 2 is a wonderfully designed two bedroom second floor apartment full of character and individual style and enjoying some wonderful sea views. Forming part of a former hotel, the apartment has been designed around what was once the spiral staircase and has retained many original features including stained glass panelling.

The spacious open plan living area has its own unique styling and offers a contemporary living area, separate dining area and imaginative children’s play area. Large bi-fold doors open fully allowing you to step out onto a spacious covered balcony with glass balustrading and comfortable seating. The delightfully bright and well equipped kitchen has been carefully considered with a large hob, spilt level cooking facilities and breakfast bar.

The two bedrooms adjoin the lounge allowing you to wake up and see the sea or close off with curtain drapes when privacy is required. The spacious family shower room is also finished to the same high standard, with underfloor heating throughout the apartment.

The apartment is located just a stone’s throw from the beaches and Cobb Harbour and Lyme Regis boasts an excellent selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs all within walking distance of this unique property. A welcome drink awaits you in the cafe below the apartments.
