"We stayed in the resort for the first time with family for a week. Overall the staff is very polite and their service is excellent. The bedroom is very nice but some appliance can do updating. Food is excellent and the Italian a la cart is the best and we go there pretty much every day and no booking needed. The pool and the beach is nice and it's cleaned every evening by staff. "This family-friendly resort offers something for all ages. We were especially impressed by the wide variety of food and the many dining options available throughout the property, with no extra restrictions on the included choices. As food stations have different opening hours, it took us a few days to learn the schedules. Although we received a list of timings, the resort tour made everything much clearer. I highly recommend requesting a tour when you arrive. The staff were kind, accommodating, and eager to help. They even went out of their way to assist our family when we forgot an item, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, it rained every day during our visit, and the sea and most outdoor pools were too cold to enjoy. Thankfully, the resort had other activities to keep us entertained. I would suggest heating more pools, not just the indoor pool, children’s waterslide pool, and adults-only outdoor pool, so families can swim comfortably during cooler weather. I would also love to see a Jacuzzi in the spa and separate hammam facilities or designated times for men and women. For Muslim families seeking a more halal-oriented atmosphere, be aware that alcohol is widely available. The resort feels more suited to mainstream international holiday preferences than to those seeking a modest, alcohol-free environment. Overall, despite the weather and these few suggestions, we were so happy with the service, food, and facilities. I would gladly recommend this family-friendly resort!"

"Incredible Service and Food Marred by Misleading Amenities. We had a mixed experience here, though the hotel staff and culinary team deserve five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; the staff treated us like family, and the food was consistently amazing. However, the property is currently a major construction zone. Much of the resort is surrounded by work sites, leaving the basketball and tennis courts non-functional. Most advertised water slides are out of order or under construction, with only the children's slides available. The gym is also a letdown: the equipment is rusty, outdated, and only one of the three treadmills actually works. Other advertised perks, like the sushi bar and rowing, simply do not exist, and there is a hidden fee for the billiards table and game room. A major warning regarding the Spa: Please note that the spa is a third party only renting space and is not affiliated with the hotel. While the hotel staff is lovely, the spa management and sales team were incredibly pushy, rude, and unprofessional. They misrepresented their packages and changed pricing daily based on arbitrary reasons. It was a total turnoff. I ended up going to an outside hamaam for a fraction of the price and received 10x better service. The Bottom Line: Come for the wonderful hotel staff and the food, but be prepared for significant construction and misleading amenity descriptions. Stay far away from the on-site spa sales team."
