"Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. Since it’s right across from the airport, I booked this hotel either for an early morning flight or a late night arrival. Room service was excellent and check in was very quick. "
"Amazing place, amazing stay, Great room and heavenly bed and bedding. Stayed in a King Deluxe which had the biggest bed I've ever seen. Very clean with a very nice atmosphere. Amenities galore Rooftop bar provided great food along with both SMG Light and Pilsen on tap. Great location being 1 block from P Burgos. I've stayed many times at Seda which is also a very nice stay, but this is hands down better especially for the value. My future stays will be right here. The only issue to note, the 3 elevators are very busy, but that's because this place is a very popular stay."
"The Grand Westside Hotel is a new property in Manila and so looks very nice, clean, and is functional (no deteriorating faucets, doors/door handles, finishes etc). The breakfast area is very spacious and the food choices are quite varied. We found the service to be very good even in the face of challenges (such as checking in a plane full of passengers from a cancelled flight). We did not get to take advantage of the pool due to the rainy season however it looked very nice from our room window. A great choice for sure."
