"The A/C wasn’t working, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. We went to Pfistern for dinner, but they said they didn’t have any reservation for us, even though the hotel had assured us they called. Anyway, overall it was just an okay experience. The staff was friendly, though."

Every member of the hotel staff is beyond kind & accommodating, the food is outstanding, and the views around the property are amazing. I highly recommend this if your looking for a luxe experience. "The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and everyone there is very kind. You can catch a tram right in front of the hotel to get to the city center, and it’s only about a 20-minute ride to the airport. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Zurich!"
