This was the perfect place for our one night stay in Luxembourg. Easy to find and the check-in/out process was so easy. Staff spoke English and offered suggestions around the hotel for breakfast.

I noticed some stains on the bed sheets and curtains! I didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood! The elevator is super tiny!

The staff and service were excellent, the front desk gentlemen were prompt and friendly, they attended our demands professionally, bathroom and floors need to be redesigned, other than that, our stay was ok

The only thing good I can say about this hotel is that it is close to the main train station in Luxembourg. There was noisy construction across the street. We spent our two days there away from the hotel. Smallest room ever. The common area floors were shiny and clean but the room felt older and dirty. Would not recommend.

Every two out of three rooms per floor appear to have bathrooms fully exposed to the guest room with no way to screen.

We were pleased with this boutique hotel. Newly built and nice finishings. Good restaurant on the property. Very comfortable beds. Excellent access to the train station and tram. The street however, was under construction and there were lots of people loitering outside the hotel entrance until late in the evening, making it noisy outside of our window.

Good hotel near the Train Station
Convenient hotel next to the train station. The room was quite big. Easy to get around with the free public transporation in Luxembourge.

Hotel is in a convenient location right across from the station but there are some undesirables that seem to hang around on the street outside at all times of the day. Check in was great and had high hopes but I had booked a superior room but had no natural light (window faced other windows and a wall) and the bed was small and uncomfortable. It was also really warm and the aircon was noisy and ineffective. The worst part was being made to feel like a criminal on returning from a day trip as the staff had charged us incorrectly at check in. I was not aware and was very rudely told to pay over €100 euros upon entering back into the hotel. The hotel had deactivated our room keys. This was staff error but they made us feel as though it was something we had done. I didn’t appreciate being treated in this way. I wouldn’t return.

VERY VERY TINY
Very UNFRIENDLY Reception guy on late arrival. I had wrote about flight delays so I would be 4 hrs late. Came to hotel apx 23 and first it took forever to get a key card - the guy want to know everything and pay and give creditcard etc. 2 nt there so why could we some of this paper info next day? I had ask for a quiet room "no we are fully booked" so give me room 301 right NEXT to elevator. Room is extrema tiny-how can they call this a business room. NO window (almost)-Best was SAFE BOX.

Appart from the noise coming from inside and out, and the air-conditionining was only set to "heat" and could not cool the room or allow any fresh air in, the room and hotel was nice, cozy and comfortable and just across the road from the trainstation, busses and tram; ideal for a holiday like my own that meant travelling to Vianden, Trier and Metz during my stay.

Overall it was a good stay, however it was quite warm in the nights even though I put the room temperature to the lowest. The main shower head in the bathroom didn’t work but that didn’t bother me because I used a second shower head that was available.

The hotel had a small number of rooms over 5 floors that looked recently renovated. Across from central train station. Very convenient to shopping, trams and public transportation which is free to all. Public trans made it easy to get around the entire city.
