Bed and Breakfast in Te Awamutu

"Nice size room with seperate bedroom and bathroom. Ok to spread out. Location is close to shops and some restaurants. Bit dated and no real amenities to offer. "

"The spa was great. There wasnt a plug available for the spa but the staff managed to find one for us. The kitchen doesnt have cooking facilities but the fridge and microwave was enough for us. The room was reasonably clean"

"The room was nothing like the photos, there were large stains on the floor. It wasn’t the cleanest. On the photos the carpet was newer and there was an aircon on the wall which seems to have been placed there for the photos. No smoke alarm and the tv had no channels. "

"The room I was in felt like it had 'emergency housing' people staying next door which did not feel very safe."

"Overall we were very pleased with our [short] stay. So let's try and divide the great from the less so. We had the family two bed apartment and it was enormous for the price. The downside is that the building the hotel sits in was built originally in the 1800's - it is very old. Not a problem, just align your expectations. "

"I have never been welcomed with so much helpful information at any establishment in my life. Our cabin was quaint and cozy. The two local pubs were both in walking distance and had delicious dinners. My best!"
