"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"What a cute little hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from 2 different train stations, so couldn't be more convenient. It's very hard to find but they sent me this really cute little video the night before I checked in that shows you exactly where to go. The rooms were very clean. There was somebody at the desk, all the time and they were always very friendly and I found a fabulous little restaurant that I ate at 2 out of my 3 nights probably 30 feet from the front entrance to the building. The area was quite busy, from a traffic standpoint, but the room was quiet. The desk personnel were all friendly and helpful.
