Antler Ridge Cabin -Next to Shenandoah National Park

  • There are no next door neighbors at Antler Ridge Cabin. All you'll see from the spacious front porch are the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. From the back deck, you'll see the Skyline Drive of the Shenandoah National Park. Situated at the edge of 52 acres of pasture and forest, Antler Ridge Cabin is the perfect romantic getaway for 2 in the Shenandoah Valley or a peaceful getaway Sightings of deer, snakes, wild turkeys, or even a bear are possible.... you are in the neck of the woods.

    Inside the cabin, you will find all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The living room includes a TV with DVD player, sofa, fireplace (but not for use in summer months), full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook that special meal in the kitchen or on the grill out back. Two guests only please.

    The map only plots our property in Luray...it is 2 miles from Lake Arrowhead on Wintergreen Drive (or State Rd 746). At the end of that road, you go for approximately 0.4 mile on a private drive through our property to the cabin.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed how quiet it was during our stay. Be aware that there are no toiletries in the shower so just make sure to throw some in your bag. I didn’t realize that there wouldn’t be any but we fortunately had some shampoo and conditioner with us so it wasn’t an issue for us.

Quiet Stay

Once you reach the cabin it is secluded and very quiet. The cabin is approximately 3 miles from downtown Luray which made it very convenient location. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice country location

Clean and neat cabin with everything you need for a stay. Plenty of nature around with the Shenandoah National Park close by as well as Arrowhead Lake. Luray offers the beautiful Hawksbill Greenway for walking, biking or running.

Peaceful little lodge near Shenandoah

Very nice, quiet, and peaceful little lodge at a farm near Shenandoah. My partner and I were looking for a weekend getaway with some hiking at the Shenandoah National Park. This place was perfect, around 30 minutes drive from some of the most popular hiking trails at the Shenandoah NP. Check in process was easy with clear instructions from Amy.

We loved this quaint little cabin in the woods. During our stay we explored Luray Caverns, and I visited with an old work buddy who now owns Massenutten Country Corner. We purchased native strawberries and a small Apple Bread from the market. YUM! If you are looking for a quiet rental … this is the one for you!

A beautiful experience in nature

The perfect couples retreat in the mountains!

Located at the base of the mountain, down a private road, this cabin was ideal for our vacation. Perfectly secluded, the cabin offered spacious living quarters. The full kitchen was a definite perk as well as the large wood fireplace that we loved taking full advantage of on the cold nights. Just a couple of minutes from downtown Lurray and from the caverns, we spent a full afternoon exploring the local shops and eateries. We can't recommend this place enough and we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable and a great weekend getaway stay. I would suggest they get a chimney sweep for the fireplace because we kept getting smoke coming back into the cabin when we lit a fire in the fireplace. The hosts were very gracious and left a little “gift” for us that was much appreciated.

Peace and Joy at Antler Ridge

We decided to get away for Christmas. Our Christmas stay at Antler Ridge immediately moved up as one of our best get-a-ways ever! The cabin is quaint and adorable, beautifully decorated!. We felt right at home. Amy and Tony left salsa and chips and bottled water. Another welcome! Plus, every possible amenity was left in place to make our stay comfortable. We needed to get away and this adorable little cottage exceeded even our imagined expectations. Everything was so peaceful, serene. The mountain environment is stunningly beautiful!! The whole area is beautiful, but our accommodations made the trip for us. Surrounded by the whole beautiful setting of Antler Ridge was simply amazing!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The "happy" of this experience will remain exclusively memorable!!! P.S. Communication from Amy was on point as well.
