This villa with wonderful panoramic views is situated on a 3000 square meter plot, not far from Pazin. The property offers everything you need for a perfect holiday far away from everyday stress: a breathtaking panoramic view, a pool with deck chairs, a covered terrace including a barbecue and a playground for the children. The interior is also very spacious, with an open kitchen connected to the living and dining room. The villa consists of four bedrooms and five bathrooms - making it the perfect choice for a holiday for 10 people.

Sehr sauber

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit viel Natur. Die Eigentümerin ist eine sehr nette hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Frau. Der Pool wurde fast jeden Tag gereinigt Das Haus ist von Obstbäumen umgeben, Kirschen, Feigen, Äpfel, Pflaumen, Maulbeeren und Walnussbäumen. Viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder gibt es auch. Hinterm Haus befinden sich die Berge mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick und vor dem Haus das grüne Tal. Wer Ruhe und Privatsphäre Mag ist hier genau richtig. Kleiner Supermarkt (Studenac) in 6 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Viele verschiedene Strände, Fisch- und Bauernmärkte ca. 40min. Bis jetzt unser schönster Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wahnsinns Weitblick

Die Lage, der Weitblick und die Natur rund um das Haus sind einfach einmalig. Auch wenn es regnet (in unserem Fall oft), kann man draußen in der Outdoorküche sitzen und der Wein an der Terrasse spendet natürlichen Schatten. Wunderbar für alle, die Natur und Alleinlage lieben. Man kann von dort aus schnell schöne Aktivitäten Unternehmen (Hum, Vela Draga, Opatja, Wanderungen ohne Ende) und genießt ansonsten die Ruhe der Umgebung. Die Vermieter, oder die Eltern der Vermieterin waren wahnsinnig herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz und auch der Spielplatz ist toll für Kinder. Es gab sogar ein großes Trampolin. Für uns war es die perfekte Location für unseren Familienurlaub.

Sehr gute Finca

Ich war zusammen mit 7 Freunden für 10 Tage in der Finka und bin sehr zufrieden mit allem. Wir hatten bewusst eine Finca gewählt, welche ein wenig abgelegen ist, und daher war diese Finca perfekt für uns. Wir haben alles sehr sauber vor gefunden. Die Zimmer waren alle super. Jedes Doppelzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Auch der Außenbereich ist top. Eine große Wiesenfläche auf der man super Spiele spielen kann und ein herrlicher Pool. Dieser ist schön kühl und sorgt bei warmen Temperaturen für eine super Abkühlung. Es kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen gekocht und gegessen werden. Vor allem abends beim Sonnenuntergang bietet die Finca einen traumhaften Ausblick in die Ferne! Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Auf alles 5 Sterne!

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr reichhaltig und die mit 5 Bädern und einer Extratoilette mehr als ausreichend. Der Service in Gestalt der sehr netten Vermieterin gut, wir haben gute Tipps für einen Strandbesuch erhalten. Mehr brauchten wir nicht nichts. Die Umgebung ist mit dem freien Blick auf die Berge atemberaubend. Wirklich wunderschön! Das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis war völlig in Ordnung. Alles Wichtige ist ja in Lupoglav erhältlich!
